Stars are made for counting

and for wishes coming true

Sleep is made for dreaming,

and I have dreams for you.

Devotion

Have you ever tried counting the stars in the sky? God created more stars than we can even see. The Bible tells us that God can count every star in the sky and knows each one by name!

The same God who made every star made you! God created you with a purpose: to love Him and show others His love. It’s exciting to think about what that will look like in your life.

God has dreams for you that are different than the dreams He has for anyone else in the world. He loves it when you dream with Him about all the things He has planned for you!

What do you dream of being when you grow up? What’s the difference between a daytime dream and a nighttime dream?

Prayer

Dear God, I’m excited about all the things you are dreaming for me! I love You and want to show others Your love. Amen.

Activity

Draw a BIG picture of a star on a piece of paper. Then write or draw some of the things you dream of doing and places you dream of going.
